Online Application Form Print along with one page CV, original
Application processing challan, attested photocopies of relevant
documents, CNIC, Domicile, one recent photograph and experience
certificates must be attached with the application.
Important Note: After submitting the online job application, candidates are required to submit the hard copy of their application along with supporting documents to the Office of the Deputy Registrar (Academics), Room G-4, Bushra Mateen Building. The documents include: a printed copy of the online application form, a one-page CV, the original paid challan for application processing, attested photocopies of all relevant academic documents (including position holder certificate, if applicable), a copy of CNIC, a copy of domicile, experience certificates, and one recent passport-size photograph. Failure to submit these documents may result in disqualification from the selection process.
